WHAT TESTS CAN YOU RUN?
Naturopathic doctors can run standard bloodwork, just like your family doctor. More specialized testing like food sensitivity panels, comprehensive stool analyses and more can also be performed. I personally use a lot of laboratory investigations so we can fast-track your ability to feel your best. When we know and understand your unique biochemistry, we can work to optimize it. Bloodwork and other laboratory testing may be covered by extended healthcare benefits.
DO I HAVE TO STOP SEEING MY MEDICAL DOCTOR OR TAKING MY MEDICATION?
Absolutely not! My family doctor is one of my most valued health allies. I recommend all patients have and maintain a relationship with their own family doctor and/or specialists. I value integrative and collaborative care and do not believe you should have to “choose sides”. However, there’s a reason you’re looking for another opinion, answer or solution. Let’s talk about that.
HOW LONG WILL WE WORK TOGETHER?
In my clinical experience, it takes about 9 to 12 months of working together to establish a strong foundation for your health. Appointments are spaced according to the other treatments you are receiving, the intensity of your concerns and the goals that you have. Generally, we see each other four times in the first three months and then increase the duration between appointments. Your treatment plan may also include external referrals to other professionals I work closely with to maximize your health-related outcomes and goals.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS?
Yes! We can book your complimentary alignment visit over the phone. From there, we can review if your initial visit will need to be in-person or if it can be done virtually.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I believe your health is your greatest asset and you are worth investing in! My patients often remark they are so glad they made the investment to find the answers and solutions they were looking for. If you have extended healthcare benefits that cover registered naturopathic doctors, you should receive reimbursement for at least a portion of the visit fee.
