I achieved my four-year postgraduate Doctor of Naturopathy Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and am registered to practice through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Prior to that, I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph.
Ever the multitasker, when not working with my amazing mamas in my Naturopathy practice, I also work as a real estate agent with a passion for demonstrating how the design of a home can promote wellness for a family.
When I’m not doing all of that you likely still won’t find me sitting down. I love to do yoga, run, travel and of course, spend time with my kids. In fact, the only time you’ll likely see me sit is when I’m chowing down on some delicious Mexican food.

The conventional medical system is failing women. I see too many patients who are looking for MORE in their healthcare. As a Naturopathic Doctor I provide an opportunity to dig deeper into the cause of illness and stress.

Every woman has the POWER to change her life. I believe that women should stop putting the opinions and needs of others above their own and stop watching their lives pass them by unfulfilled.
Hormones are everything! As women we tend to blame a lot on our hormones - but most women are unaware how hormone imbalances may be TRULY affecting them. Everything from mood, to energy, to digestion and sleep can all be affected by hormone fluctuations.
